Kimberly Rodriguez

Kimberly Rodriguez is Iva-Holly’s Chief Executive Officer and a former Assisted Living Licensing Inspector. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and the National Regulatory Professional Credential (NRPC). With more than 20 years of experience providing regulatory and leadership services to assisted living communities, adult day care programs, and group homes across Texas, Virginia, and Florida, she has assisted more than 475 clients throughout her career.

Raised in a family that owned and operated adult care and healthcare programs, Kimberly brings firsthand experience managing programs serving as few as three residents to more than 250. She leads Iva-Holly’s regulatory readiness, quality, and operational management services.

Iva-Holly offers online assisted living manager training provided by Kimberly, who is approved by the State of Texas to provide this training. Contact us for course information and enrollment.

Rameria Stewart, Chief Operating Officer

Rameria Stewart

Rameria Stewart is Iva-Holly’s Chief Operating Officer, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and a Certified Assisted Living Manager. She holds a Master of Health Informatics and Information Management (MHIIM) and a Bachelor of Health Administration (BHA). Her background includes 18 years of nursing experience, more than 13 years in long-term care management and staffing development, and 16+ years in healthcare IT.

Rameria brings strategic planning experience, clinical knowledge, and operational leadership to Iva-Holly’s residential and assisted living management services. Her work strengthens management reviews, practical improvement plans, documentation, performance review, and technology-enabled workflows. Owners retain responsibility for staffing, finances, and direct care.
